We will email you an invoice after we proccessed your registration with instructions on how to pay by bank transfer. If you have issues, please contact us after registration.

Depending on your registration date, attendees will be invoiced after the Early Bird deadline (Calendar Week 22) or Regular deadline (Calendar Week 27).

    There is no confirmation email upon submission. This is a security precaution.

     

    Registration Terms and Conditions

    • All registrations fees include the digital program, the electronic Book of Abstracts, access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception on Sunday afternoon as well as the conference dinner on Wednesday evening.
    • Registration of participation is binding.
    • The registration fee is due upon registration and must be paid within 7 days after you recieve the invoice (but no later than 7 days prior to the start of the event). Attendance is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee has been received.
    • Early bird registration ends May 23, 2025 and the fees must be received no later than May 30, 2025.
    • Regular registration ends June 27, 2025 and the fees must be received no later than July 4, 2025.
    • Cancellations must be sent by mail and be received in writing within 14 days of registration, otherwise the registration fee cannot be refunded.
    • The conference program may be subject to change.
    • Payments will be refunded if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In this case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

    Please be aware that scammers may contact conference attendees using information they have obtained from public conference websites. For instance, they may pose as conference or travel organizers to request your credit card information.

    MIOMD 2025 is organized by the conference chairs and the only official website is this one. No company has been authorized to arrange accommodation, travel, registration, or other tasks for MIOMD 2025.
